How Much Water?


I'm sure you've heard the whole "8 glasses of water per day" suggestion, but it's not quite as simple as that.


Eight glasses of water per day may be far more than you're used to drinking currently, so it's not a bad suggestion, per se.


If you're not drinking eight glasses of water per day now, you can make that your first goal to reach.


Once you get used to drinking a sufficient amount of water per day, there's one more suggestion to take it up a notch.


To get the most accurate water level for your unique body each day, calculate it based on YOU.


It's suggested to drink half of your body weight in ounces each day to give it what it needs to stay hydrated.
