Healthy Condiments


Condiments can make all the difference when you're whipping up a meal.


You can turn the same ingredients into different meals so quickly by experimenting with condiments, which I love to do in my kitchen.


Condiments can be a source of a lot of unwanted chemicals and additives, but there are many brands of healthy alternative condiments you can find at any grocery store to lighten up your plate. For even more healthy options, look into recipes to create your own healthy condiments.


It's really easy and tasty!


A few of my favorite condiments that have relatively healthy ingredients include:


  • pesto

  • liquid aminos

  • brown mustard

  • homemade recipe BBQ sauce

  • homemade steak sauces and dips
