It may not be that extreme, but chances are, there's something out of line in your priorities that you've been hoping to change. What is that?
Here lately, I've been slipping on sticking to a routine bed time and wake time. It has been a struggle to get to bed and wake up at the same time every day and I really need to get back into. Not only do I perform better at work, but I also feel more energized and am in a better mood, when I do stick to my sleep schedule.
So, let's just start with that first thing that popped into your mind. The very first thing you thought of when you read this post.
How can you begin motion on changing that, starting tomorrow?
