Eat This to Stop Cravings

Don't go running for the hills just yet, I have some big news for you. We’ve been taught to be afraid of consuming fat, but the truth is, it’s absolutely necessary for you and your body needs it. Now I’m not talking about the fat found in your grandma’s seven layer chocolate cake… I’m talking about healthy fats such as avocado, coconut oil, and almond butter, to name a few. Healthy fats help provide your body with the energy it needs, help you from feeling bloated, and help you stay satiated longer. Some simple ways to add healthy fats to your plate include: - Avocados - Coconut oil - Nuts & Seeds - Omega 3's from fatty fish - Butter - Eggs These are only a few options to choose from when it comes to finding healthy fats to add to your meals. With the nature of these foods, it's almost too easy to find a way to add things like avocado, nuts, coconut oil or butter to each meal you cook. So, if you aren't already, find ways to consume healthy fats and see how different your body runs. You can thank me later! :)
