I'm Alicia Williamson.

 You are here because like me, you want to maintain your ideal weight and feel healthy and strong, as you move into your midlife years.

 

I totally get it!

 

I have been in healthcare since my teenage years and have seen first hand how poor health and chronic illness can negatively affect people's lives. I have made it my goal to do my best to lead a clean and healthy life to the best of my ability.

 

It is my passion to help other people become their healthiest and best selves.  

 

I am here to help you set, reach and maintain your health goals and lead a happy productive life as we age.

 

I believe it is never too late to create a better life through nutrition and wellness behaviors.

I followed my passion for helping others into Nursing and decided I could better assist people like you and me by teaching them how to live healthy active lives. I pursued my Masters in Nutrition and Wellness and obtained certification for Health Coaching. This allows me to better serve you in leading a healthy lifestyle.  

 

My philosophy is not about dieting, fad potions, cleanses, or doing things that you are not comfortable or interested in. It is about living a clean life and learning what will work for YOU so that you can achieve your level of optimal wellness.

*Master of Science in Nutrition and Wellness - Benedictine University.

*Certified Health Coach - National Society of Health Coaches (NSHC) Evidenced-based health coaching certification.

 

On a personal note...

I love the outdoors, animals, exercise and fitness (specifically, HIIT and weight training), horseback riding, gardening, cooking, nutrition, and spending time with my family.

I am married and have two grown children. Our family is growing by leaps and bounds with the addition of our grandchildren! We all love living in the Ozarks and all it offers.

  • ​Laura Ingalls Wilder is my favorite author of all time.

  • Summer is my favorite season.

  • Not a fan of chocolate.

  • I played with Breyer horse models as a child more than dolls.

  • I NEED the ocean once in a while.
